1 Potala Palace 布達(dá)拉宮

The Potala Palaceis considered to bea model ofTibetanarchitecture. In 641, Songtsan Gambo,ruler of the Tubo Kingdom, had the Potala Palacebuilt for Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty, hisfuture bride.

布達(dá)拉宮被尊為西藏建筑的典范，是641年吐蕃首領(lǐng)松贊干布為迎娶大唐文成公主所建。

簡(jiǎn)介：整座宮殿具有鮮明的藏式風(fēng)格，依山而建，氣勢(shì)雄偉。布達(dá)拉宮中還收藏了無(wú)數(shù)的珍寶，堪稱(chēng)是一座藝術(shù)的殿堂。

　2 Mount Everest 珠穆朗瑪峰

　3 Jokhang Temple 大昭寺

Jokhang Temple, located on Barkhor Square inLhasa, is Tibet"s first Buddhist temple and is part ofthe Potala Palace. It is theultimatepilgrimagedestination for Tibetan pilgrims.

大昭寺，位于拉薩八廓街廣場(chǎng)，是西藏第一座佛教寺院，也是布達(dá)拉宮的一部分。大昭寺是西藏朝圣者的終極目的地。

簡(jiǎn)介：大昭寺，又名“祖拉康”、“覺(jué)康”(藏語(yǔ)意為佛殿)，位于拉薩老城區(qū)中心，是一座藏傳佛教寺院，始建于唐貞觀二十一年(647年)，是藏王松贊干布為紀(jì)念尺尊公主入藏而建，后經(jīng)歷代修繕增建，形成龐大的建筑群。大昭寺距今已有1350年的歷史，全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，在藏傳佛教中擁有至高無(wú)上的地位。

4 Namtso Lake 納木措

Namtso, or Lake Nam, is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet Autonomous Region and should notbe missed by any traveler to Tibet. In Tibetan, Namtso means "Heavenly Lake." It is famous forits highaltitudeand imposing scenery.

納木錯(cuò)(湖)是西藏三大圣湖之一，是每一個(gè)去西藏的旅行者不容錯(cuò)過(guò)的景點(diǎn)。在藏語(yǔ)中，“納木錯(cuò)”是“天上之湖”的意思。納木錯(cuò)以其高海拔和令人窒息的美景而聲名遠(yuǎn)揚(yáng)。

簡(jiǎn)介：納木錯(cuò)是中國(guó)第二大的咸水湖。位于西藏中部，湖面海拔4718米。湖的形狀近似長(zhǎng)方形，東西長(zhǎng)70多千米，南北寬30多千米，面積1920多平方千米。湖水最大深度33米，蓄水量768億立方米，為世界上海拔最高的大型湖泊?！凹{木錯(cuò)”為藏語(yǔ)，而這個(gè)湖的蒙古語(yǔ)名稱(chēng)為“騰格里?！保瑑煞N名稱(chēng)都是“天湖”之意。

　5 Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon 雅魯藏布大峽谷

The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is one of thedeepest and longestcanyonsin the world. Thecanyon is home to many animals and plants barelyexplored and affected by human influence, while itsclimate ranges from subtropical to Arctic.

雅魯藏布大峽谷是世界上最深最長(zhǎng)的峽谷之一。雅魯藏布大峽谷中有很多從未受到人類(lèi)活動(dòng)影響的動(dòng)、植物。峽谷內(nèi)氣候多樣，從亞熱帶氣候到極地氣候一應(yīng)俱全。

簡(jiǎn)介：中國(guó)西藏雅魯藏布江下游的雅魯藏布大峽谷是地球上最深的峽谷。大峽谷核心無(wú)人區(qū)河段的峽谷河床上有罕見(jiàn)的四處大瀑布群，其中一些主體瀑布落差都在30—50米。

　6 Former site of Guge 古格王國(guó)

Guge was an ancient kingdom founded by a branch of descendents of the last king of a unifiedTibet in the 10th century. It flourished for more than 700 years before encountering civil strifeand foreign attacks and falling into disrepair. Now, visitors can see its ruins of temples andpalaces, whose inscriptions, statues and murals still remain intact.

古格王國(guó)是由10世紀(jì)西藏最后一個(gè)統(tǒng)治者的后裔建立的。在受到外族入侵而消失之前，王國(guó)繁盛長(zhǎng)達(dá)700多年。今天，人們?cè)谕鯂?guó)宮殿、寺院的遺跡中仍然可以看到保存完好的碑文、雕塑和壁畫(huà)。

　7 Midui Glacier 米堆冰川

Midui Glacier, located in Yupu Township, is thelowest altitude above sea level in the world. It wasranked by China National Geography Magazine as oneof the top six most beautiful glaciers in China.Theglacier passes through four distinct regions: snow-capped mountains, forests, lakes and villages andtemples. It looks as if Nature"s hand itself had takenup a brush to paint a splashed-ink landscape.

8 Tashilhunpo Monastery 　扎什倫布寺

Tashilhunpo Monastery, founded in 1447 by the First Dalai Lama, is one of the Big SixMonasteries of the Gelug sect of Buddhism in Tibet.

扎什倫布寺1447年由第一任__喇嘛建立，是西藏佛教格魯派六大寺院之一。

　9 Barkhor 八廓

The streets are full of religious atmosphere and showthe original Lhasa. Shops offer prayer wheels,chubas (traditional Tibetan clothing), Tibetanknives and religious articles for sale.

八廓街宗教氛圍濃厚，呈現(xiàn)出拉薩的原貌。在街邊的商店里可以買(mǎi)到傳經(jīng)筒、chuba(西藏傳統(tǒng)服裝)、藏刀和其他宗教物品。

　10 Yambajan 　羊八井

Yambajan is famous for its wide range of hot springs, from ones with the highest temperaturesin the country to boiling geysers. The hot springs in Yambajan contain various minerals andare believed to be therapeutic.
